another question patient has gastric content into lungs----------option zeker diverticulum,mekel diverticulmm,peritoneal leakage,,fistula.

anothe question...a nurse use iodine before giving insulin why---------to sterlize that area from virus,bacteria and fungi

  DM are prone to bacterial infections...so iodine wipes or alcohol pads be used before injections...

Rhumatoid arthritis.....b/c pannus formation in the joints?

  sausage shaped deformity of joints r seen in psoriatic arthritis...which is HLA27 so i think the aswer shud be ankylosing spondylitis.corect me i i ma wrong

.. the joints are not sausage shaped...in that picture.
