I think the answer should be D.
she has urinary frequency which is caused by trigonal inflamation.
can u guys explain why u r opting for E.... confused here.

  hey loegeorge i didnt put the answer as uninhibited detrusor contractions....my answer is neurogenic bladder.by the way both are the same detrusor muscle instability and uninhibited detrusor muscle contractions.....by the way what is your answer

  it is D.

uninhi-meaning more contraction of detruser then she wont have UTI at all.
in neurogenic-it is hypotonic-meaning detrusor will not contract-so stasis and infection.
