  currently not in a residency program...applying for s3...the bottonm of the CID form requires certification by a notary public....who is a notary public official? who can I go to and get it signed? business, bank, court, etc??? thx...

  check at yr bank. i got my usmle forms certified by bank staff where i have my account. you need to be an account holder for htem to be able to do it for u . its usually a free service.
otherwise at the postoffice or local library too.

  no,u need not be their ac holder,i got it signed frm a bank
near my place showing my driving licence.
