  63 year old man has a bloody bowel movement for 2 days. BP 90/70, Hb 9, HR 110. NG tube aspiarte --no blood, DRE and anoscopy shows blood in the rectal vault, but does not identify a source. What is the most appropriate diagnostic study for this pt

a--colonoscopy
b--tagged RBC study
c--Ba enema
d--Upper GI endoscopy

  A , , DRE and anoscopy don't include colon, if colonoscopy fail then endoscopy

  He is still bleeding, vital unstable, cant do colonoscopy. NG no blood exclude upper GI bleeding. So tagged RBC to check bleeding site. @akshaya007 what is the answer?
