She sleeps for about 8 to 10 hours every night. She has no history of serious illness and takes no medications. She is 163 cm (5 ft 4 in) tall and weighs 80 kg (176 lb); BMI is 30 kg/m2. Her temperature is 37°C (98.6°F), pulse is 64/min, and blood pressure is 108/60 mm Hg. The remainder of the examination shows no abnormalities. Mental status examination shows a sad mood and restricted affect. Her speech is normal in rate and rhythm. There is no evidence of suicidal ideation or hallucinations.
