* high pass on cs- tips

So basically- i took about one month but did about 22 cases per day with my partner (so 12 cases for each one of us). I was confident for my exam and wanted to get it over it. I joked around with the SP and asked about how their kids are doing (basically made them feel comfortable). I did PE really quick but efficient. I did CV and Chest for every patient. I wore gloves and also I apologized a lot to the patients saying I am sorry about what they are experiencing. Also for closure, I told them what I believe they might have and some of the tests I will order- I only did two differentials diagnosis when I told the patient what they have. But in PN i wrote three. I made mistakes such as completely getting one diagnosis wrong. Also, in the PN i left out negatives.
I used CSE videos for my PE and followed her pattern when it came to cases. I went through first aid till I memorized everything and mini cases as well (leave this till last min). But honestly, this test is doable. Trust me I get nervous really fast but I studied with my partner a lot and all of us passed.
Also, i wrote the presenting case and vitals on a index card- and when I practiced with my partner we would randomly pull out one index card and do that case.
If y'all have ?s- just message me!

distract yourself and not think about it. I am sure you will be fine. I do however know people that failed in chicago.

one of my friends failed due to patient note. honestly, i think you are fine because the other ones that failed did not study as much with a partner and couldn't finish the cases on time.
