  Can anyone respond ?

Been a while since I have in touch with this as had to complete my training in home country.
Now I want to pursue training abroad if it's allowed to do so considering my circumstances.

Of course, once you passed any of the Steps, you can't retake them within the 7 year period. So yes, the clock starts ticking once you pass one of the Step components. You must pass all of the exams including Step3 within the 7 year period.

But once you pass Step3, then you have completed the requirements, and you fulfilled the licensure exam requirement.
