A Sensory Irritative = Due to stone, infection, tumors. Loss of urine day or night. Suprapubic tenderness present = 2
B Stress Incontinence = Can happen during cough/sneeze. Urine loss not during night time. Most important Q-tip test +ve = 5
C Motor Urge Incontinence = AKA Hypertonic = Idiopathic detrusor contraction that cannot be voluntarily supressed. Large amount of urnie loss without any warning signs. Urine loss both day or night. Residual Volume NORMAL = 1
D Overflow Incontinence = AKA Hypotonic = Increase bladder pressure which exceeds urethral pressure. Bladder never empties, because urine loss until bladder pressure is high when the pressure become equal to urethra (so bladder never empties) Urine loss both day or night. Markedly Increased Residual Volume = 4
E Bypass Incontinence = AKA Fistula = Urethra-bladder mechanism Norma. Urine bypasses by fistula. History of radical pelvic surgery or Pelvic Radiation Therapy = 3

Hope this was helpful :))
