Do questions after your first readings or whatever suits your study habits. Read on other people's exam experiences & you'll get more ideas. GL

I agree 100% with morticia, the Kaplan qbank has not been updated at all in years and it doesn't test concepts, it just has a bunch of extremely obscure information or trick questions which do not help for the actual exam. Kaplan is horrible for step 2ck, and almost any other resource is better.

Strongly advise against Kaplan for step 2ck as it will actually negatively affect your studying. Repeat Uworld, make notes, use MTB 2 and MTB3 and use all NBMEs and the FRED free USMLE questions on the usmle website. These are all of the resources that you will need. If you finish them, then repeat them, and go over all of your incorrect questions as well as your correct questions, but no one should do Kaplan qbank for step 2ck.

It will be better to use UWorld itself, but lots of people prefer to start with an easier Qbank or focus more on reading. This is a mistake best approach to studying is to incorporate questions early and often. Attempting difficult questions is a great way to focus your studying and highlight areas of deficiency. Additionally, you might want to do questions on the topics you're learning in coursework.
