Growth of the remaining lung immediately after egfr inhibitors has been observed in numerous mammalian species; nonetheless, the pattern and Gefitinib of alveolar angiogenesis through compensatory growth is unknown. Here,we investigated alveolar angiogenesis in a murine model of post-pneumonectomy Erlotinib growth.
