  if I was reading a note with all caps on it will just annoy me, don't think u want to take a chance like that. Like would you like to read a note with all caps? I rather read something in small letters instead.

  putting it in caps makes the person read it well. I did the entire exam pt notes in caps, by the grace of God I passed in chicago.

  Actually it doesn't. Writing something in Caps is equivalent to shouting in a everyday language in USA. So not saying the grader is going to assume you are yelling, but it's just gonna make you more stand out ish. Thats just my opinion and Kaplan said you can do all CAPS but why would you want to and don't recommend it.

  Just read the ecfmg guidelines meaning the booklet, in it will state that you can write the pt note in either full caps or normally.

  Upper and lower case is better than CAPS and its more professional.
