  I think you need to be ECFMG certified with Step 1, Step 2 CS and CK scores to match. So yes you do need CK.

  For IMGs it is important to have all the scores with you while applying for match, applying late for the match will reduce the chances of getting IVs for the application.

  It is important to have all the scores with them while applying for match, for imporving the chances to IMGs in match they need all scores with them. AMGs can apply for match but they also need to have all scores before Rank order list.

  You need to have all scores before Rank order list so that you can get chances for matching and can apply for SOAP.
