Tons so take your time:

Elbamaritza (the queen of the forum and I don't say this lightly) posted these for roshani yesterday:
http://www.usmleforum.com/showthread.php?tid=230329

Ayuverdist did this a while ago and nice people have been bumping it up:
http://www.usmleforum.com/showthread.php?tid=202094

Doc-Heart is doing a magnificent job at uploading kaplan videos (at his pace) and youcan find them here
http://www.usmleforum.com/showthread.php?tid=228216

Finally bdj re-uloaded Kaplan 2006 and 1-book for rnapii a couple of days ago, the links are here
http://www.usmleforum.com/showthread.php?tid=230009

So take your time, decide what would work for you and start studying. Most people here say they do Kaplan notes, Kaplan q-band or book, definitely UW technique is similar to step1 (read, do at least 100-150 questions a day) take notes, review notes, read explanation of questions done and do NBME (some people say online and recommend 3 as being the hardest, but there is debate in this respect)

Most people is studying so they might not have the million dollar answer, they are just like you; tryng their best to pass; take your time to get into threads of people reporting their scores, or coming from an exam; usually they post their experience there. Time is variable, I think it depends on your year of graduation, your clinical experience, the quality of your medical education, your devotion and ability to concentrate...tons of things play a role so the best thing to do is to be honest with yourself.

This is long but sometimes I get the sense that newbies spend more than enough asking for this and you should devote more time to get in the bus instead of thinking about buying the ticket!

thanks dodenuchi......i just need a crown then......lol

What you said in the last line i want to emphazise.
Why.....BECAUSE I MADE THAT MISTAKE

I was so worry trying to find the material...that even i have no time to go over it..

So for the new ones.....Start kapaln and usmle.......Please take your notes.....I know that in the forum are excelent notes, but YOURS are going to be the best for YOU.

wHAT i HAVE IS .....i printed the other people notes and I carry them with me ...all the time...and I am saying...ALL THE TIME

While waiting to pay in supermarket...I am reading.....FLORIDAGUY notes. (excelent)
While going in the bus....I am reading ...drjiggy notes ( superb!)
While I am waiting for my dentist appointment.......I am reading other people experinces

So focus in two things..

1. the basic structure, the skeleton, the fundation.......( do kaplan, uw, secrets, q bank)
2. the pearls from others........other people notes, extra books, crush, step up, .....and so on....
