no. of correct answers multiply by 1.5 will give you three digit expected score.

i dont know why nbme came up with such bogus idea of scoring different way, thats not even real score, if someone get 140 in downloaded nbme, that will be equivalent to online 210.(140*1.5)210.

nbme relation is, if someone get 190, that is nbme 390 (why? i dont know), and someone said here before, for every 3 mark of real score upward, nbme will add 10 more score.
suppose you got 210, if you want to convert it to bogus nbme score, it will be, 450, how?

210-190=20, for every 3 mark, nbme add 10 points, so, nbme will add atleast 60 point to 390(390 is equivalent to real score 190)390+60=450(nbme score for you).
i know its complicated.

if you got 170 in 200( really high score), that is equivalent to 170*1.5=255.
255-190=65
65/3=21.66, lets take 21, for every 3 point of real score, nbme add 10 point, so, nbme will add 21*10=210
390+210+600, thats your nbme, wow, great score.
