how do you check frontanelle and skin turgor in CCS ????/

and if you direct proceed to the surgery the case will finish immediately..
You gotta confirm down's with karyotyping and also need screening tests..( these screening tests can be done in 5 min screen too)

you wont have the option of fontanelle on ccs but you will have heent examination which you have to do which will say how the fontanelle is.
like wise you dont have moros reflex.you will do neurological exam which comments about reflex. thanks i am learning so much jayhind.

to pindi,

why to do psychiatry consult in newborn

well, you have to treat the atresia first. that is the issue not down syndrome
the case is d atresia not down here

if we think the other way leaving d atresia,
what interventions do we do do in newborn?
How would you suspect downs in newborn?
what labs would you do?
what is the confirmatory test?
what is the treatment or follow up?

duodenal atresia presents with biliary vomiting from birth?
does that mean every t 21 will come out vomitting bile?
what i know is Approximately 30 percent of infants with duodenal atresia have Down syndrome.

ok now if duodenal atresia how wolud you differntiate it from annular pancreas?

thanks.
