6) In the elongation...A site. So B
7) C, i believe you splice them by Snrp?
8) A? Coding strand is not read by
9)D
10) i've got no clue honestly...but i'd say D..just a guess

maryam, can you explain question 7 please. I thought when DNA is transcribed it will enter the post-transcriptional process, like capping, splicing, and polyadenylation. But the question asks which does not occur, so I'm confused. Also, what is the difference between A and C?

sorry, forget about the first part of my question. I just want to know the difference between A and C

As I undrestand the process of splicing and removing of introns occur in 3 steps/phases respectively...first...primary pre-RNA transcript combins with snRNPs/snurps to form spilosome...(choice A),second is an intermediate step...Lariant shape/or loop is generated and the last/third step..removal of introns(choice C) and joing exons that occur at the post-transcriptional phase ando generate the mature mRNA.....then the mature mRNA is transported to the cytoplasm

for this reason I chose and posted this Q to know more about the process in details.
Thank you for bring it to discuss.
