somehow I want to say cysteine, it's the only one has a thiol group(I think it is, isn't it?)

The answer is C.

As lovetest mentioned:

Cystein has a sulfhydryl group......C–SH or R–SH thiol group in its side chain, and Methionine has a sulfur in its side chain, a methyl group is attached to it
