Is the letter of intent good enough for withdraw from the match?

@mjorgeglez.....did you get the letter of intent or just the email offering you a prematch, when did you get it. I got an email offering me a prematch and asking me to withdraw from the match. Did you get any official letter of intent.

Yes I did. I received the offer on January 15th.
