I see you are reviewing my question but it sounds unclear what I am really asking for, the question is, what should I do? for example... the patient with MI, I already give him everything been recommended and ordered all the required tests but still showing me the same message when I consult the cardiologist for PCI!!

It's a standard answer. You will never get any recommnedation from consult. They are just testing you to see whether you know you have to consult or not.
After consult you order whatever procedure a "specialist" would do. such as PCI, laproscopy, etc...

as I mentioned before, I met all the criteria to seek consultation but still showing me this msg in the box... but wannabdar explained it in very reasonable way and I really agree of what he said.

also, I'm just working on UW CCS and waching Archer videos but not doing the cases.

Archer said that this may happen when a consult is scheduled prior all results are available. For example, you order surgery consult and chest CT at the same time and a surgeon arrives prior the results are available. He rejects the surgery, but if you re-order it again with the arrival of surgeon after the imaging is in your hands, the consult recommends surgery. Did you try that?
