can anyone please tell me the process of applying for 2007 residency. i might sound stupid.... but can anyone please give me the detailed stepwise process.... please.... need help. thank you so much in advance and all the best to everyone...

Read the ERAS manual (40 pages). There are step by step instructions. Spend some time and read, noone else can give you info in such details.
