Following an automobile accident, a 29 years old male is brought to the ER. He has complete right sided peripheral- fascial parlysis and an impair sense of taste at the tip of his tongue. This condition is usually as a result of the which of the following :-

A an intracranial clot

B contusion and hemorrhage in to the ipsilateral cerebral hemisphere.

D injury to the brainstem.
