within 5 yrs from grad, >80 both, usce not required, offer prematch but too much scutwork
scutwork...blood draw, transfer patients, wheel patient, follow up labs..things that we IMG used to it but AMG shy away from it!
how common is scut work in residency programs... like are there many program who ask residencts to do soo or just a few in general
SOME BUT MAJORITY OF HOSPITAL ARE SCUTFREE
