what kind of papers do they need to apply, i read their site several times but did not find it, the papers neede to IMG

I'm not sure if I fully understand your Q but, for application you need to fill out the on-line application (better than doing papper application) and print out the Identification form. This one form requires a recent photo with notary seal and signature.
