could any one please tell me how to get into a research job.i am verry interested in pathology and i would like to try my best to get it.some friends said if u want pathology research is better than observership.can any body please help i am really unaware of these facts

Go online to a location you want to work and search for medical schools in the area. Do a job search for jobs (research assistant, post-doc) and then apply.
