what should we do to increse our chance after interview and e-mailing thank you letter?
if program dont offer second look than what should we do to increse chance?

well, email a thankyou letter and express your interest in the program. if the PD replies then it means you have a very good chance of being ranked by them. Also try to send a card by regular postal mail... in that manner they will never forget you. Send a card to the chief resident as well... it might make a difference. I sent emails to the PD, and then right about the time when i was about to send a christmas card a recieved a reply from the PD saying that "I am a good candidate and eveyone enjoyed meeting me". Then i sent out christmas cards to them. never for a moment think that it might be "anal"... or whatnot.... just do whatever you think can help you secure a position.
