Yes , I am from Pakistan , yeh dil hai pakistani.

I have taken CS date , 14th may in chicago.

I have no idea about houstan center , but I am sure there is a strict standard for CS and no matter where you take CS , criteria wud be the same. I would advice you to take CS date as soon as possible.
