3-Give to the mother vaccine and IG for HBV infection and the baby after C section
3-give to the baby both HBV and IG after delivery
4-give to the mother IG for HBV and both for the baby after C section
answer:3
33333-hep b vaccine n Ig is not a contracdiction to pregnancy
Two 3s, which is the one you refer? I guess the second 3. Right? Anything with Csection is wrong, vaginal delivery is okay.
the second 3 is rt,baby should be given both immunoglobulins and vaccine

mother is already positive so no need of vaccine or immunoglobulin
yes, I am sorry the second 3, you need to shot the baby with vaccine and IV IG. do nothid to the mother 30 % resolve expontanously. HBV is not a indication for C section. so treat the baby and you decrease the risk of transmision from 95% to 5 %
