hey if i am correct the affrent from the sphincter of oddi go to the thoracic vertebrae T 5 segement thro the spalncnic nerves.....if there isa sphinctertomy ..u just wudnt let ths happen and the muscles wudnt contract

I think the answer is A because you cut the smooth muscle during the sphincterotomy

and yes blue doc the msules woudn't contract..so ??
