I think B. the reason I chose B is, I think it is nonseminomatous tumor, commonly in chest of young adult male, which has increased beta hCG.
The other option is, of course, ACE level, if i suspect sarcoidosis, bit I did not choose that because in sarcoidosis, it will be bilateral lymphadenopathy + there MUST have to have some other extrapulmonary s/s. So, I did not choose that.
