A couple of weeks ago, I promised to a partner here to publish the Biochem video lectures, but it has been impossible because I dont find the way to compress them (mpg) and upload them. If someone could help me please, with all my best wishes people on here could get them.

Please someone who tells me how to compress mepg files to rar to upload the videos?

Miskeana, why don't you use sendspace.com to upload them!

Because sendspace tells me the upload exceeds the limits, so I need to compress them and I dont know how.
