final dx on CCS worth any point or for research purpose only?

i have been told that the reason for consult and the final diagnosis are not worth anything. think about it, do they have graders based on spelling? who is to say if you get the diagnosis correct if you dont descibe it completely. i always that that this part would have worked out better as a pulldown menu or something with all the logical possibilities. i figure that might be fair game.
