How long should this be? knee level? or above or below the knee?

how about its arm length? Is it just at the level of the elbow? or down up to the wrist?

Length is not a problem,but I am not sure about arm length but they want make big fuss about that.If you have any bages they will provide tape to cover it.Even if you dont have a oat they provide it to you.
So dont take it seriously.
