A 36 year old male presents with the complaints of migratory arthralgia, burning micturation and red eyes. His past medical history is insignificant. He denies any recent travel or tick bite. He is a non-smoker and non-alcoholic. He does not take any medication. P/E p.r 89/min, t 37.9C and b.p 120/80mmHg. Examination of the eyes is compatible with conjunctivitis.
