I am about to send the documents but confused about LoR and Cover Letter?Last year I didnt not send but this year submission form says must accompany all LORs.
I thought it is only for those who choose to waive thier rights to view...
Plz anyone respond.

You need not send cover letters along with those LORs which you have seen.

Well, you can still say you waive the right to read. And.....seal the letter in an envelope anyway....
