no point calling them.........a lot of people meet the minimum requirements
but they decide the cutoff only after the applications r in
but dont despair.........even someone with triple 99 wont get IVs from all the places that he applies to

my credentials 99/99/CS passed 2nd attempt/MPH(will graduate in Dec), 2006 graduate, no usce.
I am really very depressed with this rejection.
be prepared. You will get more rejections than invitations.
