6.- Kid wondering the street at 2am, high BP, dilated pupils, combative and paranoid, what drug did he abuse

7.- Girl is found unconscious, high BP, dilated pupils, what drug?

8.- Woman is found wondering the streets, not oriented, dilated pupils, question said what should you give her, I put thiamine (other choices were naloxone, flumazenil, etc)

9.- Guy feels spiders on hit feet when hes trying to fall asleep, and he cant fall asleep because of it, what is the dx? Restless leg syndrome

10.- Another question on restless leg syndrome, the drug is aimed at what? Dopamine, serotinin, NE, Ach, etc.

1. Cocaine - paronia + agitation more in favour of cocaine

10.- Another question on restless leg syndrome, the drug is aimed at what? Dopamine, serotinin, NE, Ach, etc. -- Def of Dopa is one of the causes -- so increase Dopa levels
