Can someone help me with these?
1. for cardiac monitor you have to type cardiac monitor/cardiac monitor check
2. For some routine labs like cbc,bmp it asks every day/every hour. For most of cases u need them just once, what to do?
3. If u have to give metro for 7 days, do u need to call him after 7 days and then discontinue it ? or some other way?
4. What are the typical postoperative orders generally applicable to all?
5. How to proceed with CIN/endometrial CA/ovarian torsion/spontaneous abortion

1)Cardiac moniter
2) Jus type CBC, BMP either Stat / routine. no need to type number of hours.
3)you can just put continuous. If still you want to be perfect you can cancel the drug after advancing the time to 7 days
4)bed rest, Pain medication, Pneumatic compression stockings, NPO for 1day and gradually starting oral foods, IV fluids one post op Day 1 and Discontinue afterwards, Continue any Antibiotics if the patient is already on them.
