Sarah,
it is up to you and how much left of your break time. you can take break after each case, but you will see tomorrow it is easy to do 2 cases then take break. Some take 3 cases before the break.. I found it helpful to every 2 then 5-10 min break.
for the cases you have good time to go step by step.. even if you feel you still you don't have the diag. yet do more logical investigation, some times you get surprised the diag. comes up as an answer to one of your orders.
All the cases are diagnosable, you have time to go back and check what you missed in the PE, don't panic take a deep breath and go.. I did in the last case.. I felt I am losing it for sure, I relaxed started thinking, came up with the rt. order. I figured it out.. I had to rush to finish management.. ended to be one of my best cases, ended in 18 min.
Take it easy, best of luck

Hi aiissman, i have a question for you regarding the ccs. When we get the "5 min" warning on the screen, will we be able to go back and look at the history and PE part still? We are able to do so in the software from the CD. Please clarify. Thanx a lot.

What ever you are allowed to do on the CD you are allowed in the exam.
