Yes, it says 3/11/2008 6:30:34 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, but it WAS NOT in my mailbox last night at 10:00 p.m.
When the nrmp survey email was sent out, I received it almost instantaneously, but this one arrived overnight despite the time stamp.
