The answer is E:

Traffic accidents, lack of responsibility, and reduction of anxiety suggest alcohol abuse.

Narcissistic personality traits suggest an overblown sense of self-importance with little concern for the needs of other people, so it is not the same as irresponsibility and outburst of action.

Schizotypal personality disorder is characterized by psychotic-like symptoms such as (1) illusions, (2) odd forms of communication (not just verbal), (3) ideas of reference, (4) magical thinking, and (5) suspiciousness, social isolation, or social hypersensitivity.

Avoidant personality disorder is characterized by symptoms of isolation and withdrawal, with the patient not seeking acceptance but instead seeking strong encouragement.

Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder is characterized by (1) restricted ability to be warm and tender, (2) perfectionism and demands for it in others, and (3) dedication to work and accomplishment on one hand but indecisiveness on the other.
