95/87 Step2 CS in Nov., US citizen, 3y residency in Germany, 3y research in US,
got Cornell and UPENN because my director in Germany knows vice chairman at cornell and some other dude at UPENN so that won't help you...
but applied to 38 programs, no rejection, interviews also at UMDNJ, and ALbert Einstein Hospital/PA
applied 9/21, my LOR are not even uploaded
