16 yrs old boy brought to ER after falling from the roof while performing skae board stunt. his has multiple bruises and cuts, possible fracture of the right clavicle, and the passage of blood from his ear. at this point u order the full body imaging. what is the preliminary DX in this boy.

A fracture of the base of skull
B fracture of the cranial vault
C fracture of the temporal bone
D fracture of the temporomendibular joint

irfanmir, why A? If its fracture of the base of skull, CSF should be coming out of ear..
Its A because of blood passing through the ears or nose in head trauma always implies fracture base of skull
sonds more of a step2 qn surg than a step1 qn
