What is the reason in obstructive jaundice-we have increase in urine bilirubin but a decrease in urine urobilinogen when will this be high?

Thanks
bilirubin is converted in the GI to urobilinogen which is then converted to stercobilin which give the stoll and urine its normal color.
obsctruction====> no bilirubin in bile acid in the Gi ====> no urobilinogen.
bilirubin curculate in in blood , filtred by the kidney and excreted.
pepsi00, are you asking causes of increase urobilonogen?

if yes, then

1-Extravascular hemolysis

2-Hepatitis

3-False + results occur with porhyrins (AIP)
