Hi,
Guy`s please help me with my dilemma.I sent my old photograph[I am in chudidhar and with bindhi ..typical indian dress] to the eras.Now i am hearing different views about photograph that programs will give importance to our looks.I can say it didn`t affected my interview invitations as i got sufficient invitations.
But my friends are telling me again they will review our entire application including photo while filling rank order list.Do you guys think this photo will reduce my chances of matching?Is it a good idea to update eras with new photo though most of the programs downloaded my application?
