Hey guys my picture just got uploaded yesterday . could this be why I did not get any interview yet.
although I got 16 rejections so far.
please people who got interviews : does any of you did not have a picture uploaded ?

I think so
my picture has been downloaded in all the programs yesterday , even the ones that already sent me rejection.

but i heard that no matter if your picture is download that doesn't mean that the program can see your picture.personaly,for me it's better if thay can see cause i'm pretty-joke,but true ...lol
