in a case of sinusitis, do we order PNS xray and cbc because UW says we need not order any lab tetst and can directly go to the treatment.

My opinion. Order these non-harm tests won't cost your score. However, fail to do so will cost you a lot. Agree?

Remember my prediction about your NBME score? 460 or higher.
UW 56% is around the average score of all test takers. And the average score of each step is around 84, which is correlated to the 460 of NBME.
As long as you are well prepared with your CCS part, go for your test confidently. You will score 85 or higher.

hey applying doc....thanks for ur suggestions. I did nbme yesterday and scored 460. Hopefully I am on the safe side. Anyway there's a lot of things I should read for ccs and my exam is just

My exam is less than 1 wk and Iam planning on doing Fa and fis**** ethics. Does that sound good. Any other advice that you can give me in this last stage of my prep. I am freaking out....
