can we get a letter from a fellow, i mean someone doing his fellowship or a Resident,or an Attendant,pls help me clarify this

yes you can get LOR from a fellow....and/or Attending Physicians.

But from resident...I don't think it's gonna work..coz that guy is still doing training.

i was thinking so too,but i do not kn if resident can be used for other thing, like the person i want to get LOR from,works in a teaching hospital,and he has a personal secretary in the teaching hospital,and his secretary told me he his a resident.are resident allowed to have a personal secretary and a office in a teaching hospital
