Hi all

I have 4 LORs, two of them US, and 2 from my home country.

I intended to use all of them to apply, but I now have another US LOR which is better than one of my home country LORs.

And it being an American LOR I want to send it to ECFMG and send it out to programs after is gets scanned.

My question is - Can I apply to programs with 4 LORs and replace an LOR with another...?

or should I just apply with 3 and send in the 4th after it gets there...?

Please do help.

apply with 3, and then send the 4th.. you can't replace an LOR or that will allow people to get away with using over 4 rec letters.
