What is the gold standard for diagnosing Sojgren's syndrome? Anti Ro and La autoantibodie or the minor salivary gland biopsy?
Lip Biopsy, a simple procedure, is the only specific diagnostic technique.

you are correct...i checked CMDT myself after posting the question. Thank you, okieowl. UW says when a patient with possible Sjogren's Syndrome comes to you..first test to do is look for the antitbodies and than confirm with biopsy. i got confused and paniced and posted my confusion.Thank you again.
