If you havent heard from a lot of programs,I think it would just annoy them if you call and ask for the status...they must already be bogged down with so many applications.I dont think it does any good,does it?

It does a lot of good to call. Check the Yellowpages for the PD's home phone number and call at about 3am. It works like magic.
